A day in the life of each dish
The perfection of a menu does not rely only on the assortment of its dishes. La Rosetta restaurant’s philosophy, in fact, relies on achieving a balanced alchemy of various components, ranging from the meticulous selection of every single basic ingredient to deciding to have everything “home made”. Since the early morning hours, the kitchens come to life receiving the delivery of first-class ingredients, including extra virgin oil, fresh garden herbs, and live fish. Then, the place quickly fills up with the aroma of fresh bread and biscuits, baked in the restaurant’s ovens twice a day. In the meantime, the chef and his staff arrange tirelessly, one after the other, all the ingredients that will be required to freshly make every dish as soon as it is asked for. That is why, while you go through the menu sitting at your table, you actually go through the story of a full day spent with great passion to create unique dishes, in every single detail.
