Fish, in Rome, used to be eaten always only on Fridays. Except for La Rosetta restaurant. Carmelo Riccioli, Massimo’s father, decided in 1966 to be the first one to serve fish every day. In 1980, Massimo Riccioli became the owner and patron-chef of La Rosetta. Thanks to his passion and the inspiration of his countless recipes, the kitchens, tables and staff of his restaurant have all grown to be an ultimate focal point and an inspiration for all those food enthusiasts who seek out the freshest fish in town.
