The Rosetta

The restaurant La Rosetta, where there is a passion and long tradition for fine seafood and hospitality, was founded in 1966. At the time, it was the first and only restaurant in Rome serving only fish and seafood. The excellence of the food and atmosphere has been acclaimed by several important international tourist and food guides, as well as many Italian and international newspapers and magazines. Located at a short distance from the enchanting Pantheon, the chef patron, Massimo Riccioli, offers great quality meals using the freshest ingredients. Every morning and evening; first-rate, selected fish is brought to La Rosetta from the ports in Lazio; Anzio, Civitavecchia and Terracina. Year after year, the refined delicacies served at La Rosetta continue to conquer numerous costumers and enthusiasts and receive the approval from the most important newspapers and specialized magazines. Massimo Riccioli has always been and continues to be innovating and developing his cuisine, from the combination of the fish with fine wines to the preparation and presentation of the dishes. So he earned his fame as “ the Guru of the seafood kitchen” in the “ the temple of gastronomy on the way to Pantheon”.

It is open from monday to saturday for lunch and dinner, sunday for dinner
